Founded in 2006, Addiction works mainly with manufacturing and industrial companies in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. The deal expands Impresoft's reach into two of Italy's key production regions.
What's the endgame? Addiction brings three proprietary platforms: Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, and Configure Price Quote. They centralise product data, organise digital content, and generate complex quotes.
Those tools will sit alongside Impresoft's existing CRM and e-commerce systems, strengthening its marketing technology offering for enterprise clients. About 60% of Impresoft's customers work in manufacturing and another 15% in retail.

Daniele Davoli, Addiction's chief executive officer and founder, said joining Impresoft "opens a new phase of expansion" for its products and team (translated from Italian).
The signal: Impresoft's 19-deal buying spree reflects steady consolidation among Italian software vendors serving Made in Italy manufacturers. As AI raises the value of well-organised product data, firms that own the underlying platforms become attractive targets.
