What's the endgame? HeyDiga builds an AI-based operating system for conversations between businesses and their customers. Its technology deploys agents that handle interactions over phone, WhatsApp, and chat 24 hours a day, keeping each brand's voice and communication style.

The agents go beyond answering questions. They integrate directly with the tools businesses already run — from booking systems and CRMs to dealership, clinic, and restaurant software — so they can execute concrete actions and resolve customer needs end to end.

What's the money for? The company will accelerate its commercial and go-to-market strategy in Spain, France, and Italy, where it has already passed 200 customers in sectors including automotive, health, and beauty.

Restaurants are a clear focus for this stage. In dining, phone calls still drive most bookings, arrive mid-service, and every no-show carries a direct cost. HeyDiga is building DigaFood to address this, with native integration into the reservation and floor-management systems restaurants use most.

The platform currently runs across five verticals: DigaLook for beauty, DigaMotor for automotive, DigaClinic for health clinics, DigaFood for restaurants, and DigaLiving for real estate.

Why now? Founded in July 2025 by David Zafra and Sergio Espeja, HeyDiga is barely a year old. Its aim is to deepen each vertical with products designed for the real operations of each industry.

The signal: The round sits near the top of its class — among the largest 1% of seed deals in Spanish marketing over the past four years, based on a sample of 113. That underlines investor appetite for AI agents that don't just talk, but act inside the systems businesses already depend on.
