Prytek buys Scanovate in $50M deal to lead client-onboarding push

What's the deal? Prytek Group, an infrastructure and financial services group, has acquired digital identity and compliance firm ScanovateDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in a deal worth about $50 million. The transaction is expected to generate up to $100 million in shareholder value.

What does Scanovate do? Founded in 2014 by chief executive officer Amir Fishman with chief technology officers Roy Fishman and Irad Gilboa, it builds tools that let enterprises verify customers by scanning ID documents from a mobile device and manage identities in line with local regulation. It serves more than 250 customers — about 120 of them financial institutions — across North America, South America, Western Europe, and Israel.

What comes with it? Scanovate's subsidiaries join the group too: Israel's CellosignDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, which digitises business and regulatory processes end-to-end, and Colombia's ADO TechnologiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, which handles digital identity verification and biometric authentication for the Latin American market.

What changes? Inside Prytek, Scanovate will lead the client lifecycle management segment and keep developing products alongside group companies such as Delta Capita and TipRanks. Prytek's model keeps acquired founders in charge of their businesses while giving them shared customer relationships, infrastructure, and administrative support.

The bigger picture: Prytek operates in 14 countries, serves over 500 tier-one clients, and employs more than 1,500 people across its companies. The group has been on an acquisition run, buying popular investment-research tool TipRanks in August 2024 and completing a Delta Capita deal in August 2025.

The signal: Prytek is assembling a full-stack vendor for banks — bundling identity, compliance, and research under one roof. As financial institutions face rising regulatory demands across borders, consolidating these services into a single ecosystem is emerging as a repeatable playbook.
