The terms: The acquisition has been approved by all of the company's shareholders and was reported to Indonesia's Ministry of Law on September 2, 2026. Neither the transaction value nor the number of shares transferred has been disclosed.

Who's involved? PT Narasi Citra Sahwahita was founded in 2018 and houses Narasi, a digital media company set up by Dahlia Citra, Najwa Shihab, and Catharina Davy. Narasi was registered and verified by the Press Council on November 29, 2019.

Why now? The announcement was made to comply with Article 133 of Indonesia's Company Law No. 40 of 2007, later amended by the Job Creation Law No. 11 of 2020, which requires public disclosure of takeover plans.
