What each company does: Founded in 1997, iCOMcept provides IT services and solutions for e-commerce, infrastructure, and security projects. Münster-based Ratiodata employs around 1,500 people across 13 locations and ranks among Germany's largest IT system houses and technology partners.
What's the endgame? With the acquisition, Ratiodata expands its portfolio with additional technology capabilities, specialised solutions, and market expertise. As an Atruvia subsidiary, it serves as the system house partner for Germany's cooperative financial group.
The signal: Atruvia is the technology and digitalisation partner for around 650 Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, alongside other private banks and companies. The deal deepens the group's in-house IT muscle as cooperative banks push further into digitalisation.
