Adaptiva hires Jeff Day as growth and marketing chief to fuel autonomous patching push

What's the deal? AdaptivaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Kirkland, Washington-based autonomous endpoint management (AEM) company, has appointed Jeff Day as chief growth officer and chief marketing officer. Day will lead the company's go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, alliances, and account management.

Who else joined? Kurt Grover has come on as vice president of global alliances, tasked with deepening ties to systems integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners. Adaptiva is also hiring a vice president of worldwide sales, plus additional sales and marketing staff.

What does the company do? Adaptiva builds software that automates endpoint management and patching for large enterprises. Its flagship product, OneSite Patch, remediates vulnerabilities across sprawling corporate environments.

Why now? The company reported a record first half of 2026, and its strongest-ever quarter in channel sales in Q2. The leadership additions are meant to support a target of triple-digit growth in 2027.

What's the endgame? Adaptiva wants enterprises to shift from manual endpoint management to autonomous operations. "Enterprises must move beyond traditional endpoint management toward more intelligent, autonomous operations," said chief executive officer and founder Deepak Kumar.

The signal: As AI helps attackers find and exploit flaws faster — shrinking response windows from weeks to hours — demand for automated patching is rising. Adaptiva's integrations with CrowdStrike, Tenable, and SentinelOne, plus its go-to-market hiring, position it to capture that shift.
