What does it do? TermMax offers fixed rate lending by splitting debt into three tradable tokens: FT (zero-coupon bonds), XT (interest and option value), and GT (leveraged position certificates), with settlement through physical delivery.

The numbers: TermMax is deployed on 10 EVM-compatible chains, running 60 fixed rate markets and 40 strategy vaults. Total value locked has reached tens of millions of dollars across more than 1.5 million registered wallets.

Why now? The investment lands days after the protocol's $TMX token completed its Token Generation Event on August 25. Backing from YZi Labs, paired with a fresh token listing, signals appetite for lending tools that offer more predictable returns and a bridge toward institutional and tokenized-asset markets.
