Try Dealroom →, HubSpot, Rippling, Miro, and Replit. FullyRamped, founded in 2024, built AI roleplay and coaching voice agents that simulate realistic prospects to help sales teams scale coaching.
The strategic rationale: Nooks is expanding beyond outbound sales to build agents that work across the entire revenue lifecycle. FullyRamped's technology aligns with that goal — agents that understand context, make decisions, and execute work rather than only prompting humans.
The key hire: Marks will help shape the next generation of Nooks' agent capabilities and the infrastructure connecting humans and AI. "Aaron has been building toward that future from a different angle, with agents sophisticated enough to understand context, interact dynamically with humans, and operate inside real revenue workflows," said Dan Lee, co-founder and chief executive officer of Nooks.
Why now? The deal lands as Nooks invests in the technical foundation behind its platform. "AI agents are becoming so powerful across all modalities and I can't wait to bring some incredible products to market together," Marks said.
The signal: The acquisition reflects a broader shift in enterprise software toward AI agents that act, not just advise — and consolidation as platform players absorb specialised startups to cover more of the revenue workflow.
