Qben Infra raises SEK 73.4M in convertibles to fund Power platform

Why now? Qben Infra says strong organic growth has increased working-capital requirements and created a need to reinforce its financial position. The company has also implemented cost reductions and efficiency measures during the first half of 2026 to improve margins and profitability.
