Yojee raises A$3.5M in oversubscribed share plan

What's the deal? Logistics technology company YojeeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (ASX: YOJ) has raised approximately A$3.5 million through an oversubscribed Share Purchase Plan (SPP), the Sydney-based company announced on August 21, 2026. The post-IPO equity raise landed well above its A$2 million target.

The details: Eligible shareholders could apply for up to A$30,000 in new shares at A$0.23 each — the same price as Yojee's A$7 million placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The company accepted all oversubscriptions, issuing roughly 15.2 million shares that rank equally with existing stock.

What's the endgame? Yojee builds software that lets logistics providers consolidate complex supply chains into a single system, handling air, ocean, and road freight. The new funds will support the rollout and commercialisation of its MOSAIC and TCMS platforms, business development, team expansion, and working capital.

Why now? The SPP extends the same terms as the A$7 million institutional placement to retail shareholders. The company issues the shares on August 26, 2026, and will seek ASX quotation.

Chief executive officer Mark ConnellDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → called the response "a vote of confidence in the direction we're taking Yojee." He said the capital lets the company keep "building a global logistics platform that the industry can genuinely trust."

The signal: Strong retail demand for a small-cap logistics software raise shows investor appetite for digital freight tools, even as Yojee leans on existing shareholders rather than new backers to fund its platform push.
