Frontieras raises more than $45M through expanded Reg A+ offering

The company said more than 15,000 shareholders backed the offering after its initial ceiling was fully subscribed and the offering was expanded to the $75 million statutory maximum.
Why now? Frontieras previously closed its inaugural offering in April 2026 at the full $25.7 million ceiling and filed the same day to expand it. Proceeds support the company's project in Mason County, West Virginia.
What it means The energy and environmental technology company is commercialising its FASForm Solid Carbon Fractionation process, which it says converts coal and other hydrocarbons into fuels, hydrogen, industrial carbon and agricultural products through a closed-loop process.
