What's the endgame? NeoGeo will split the capital equally across three priorities: deepening its India lead, funding international offices, and building software products. The company has largely operated as a systems integrator, earning revenue project by project. It now wants to "platformise" its services into ready-to-deploy software, noting that 60-70% of customer requirements are similar across projects.

Its work spans three verticals. In urban governance, NeoGeo builds digital twins of cities, layering in real-time monitoring of pollution, flooding, and property-tax leakages for municipal bodies. In infrastructure, it maps and manages assets such as highways, pipelines, and power transmission lines.

Where's it expanding? The startup already operates in West Asia and plans to open offices in Europe and the US within three months. Europe is the priority, driven by telecom operators shifting from copper cabling to optic fibre. The US, despite being the world's largest geospatial intelligence market, remains secondary for now.

Why now? "The second point is to do international expansion which is our primary focus right now," said co-founder Brahmam GVS. Indian companies have traditionally targeted the US first, but geopolitical uncertainty over the past year has pushed several startups to make the Gulf their first overseas market.

The signal: The market backdrop is large and growing. India's geospatial analytics market is estimated at $1.81 billion in 2026 and projected to reach $3.55 billion by 2031, per Mordor IntelligenceDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. Globally, the market sits near $108 billion this year and is projected to hit $196 billion by 2031 — a runway that helps explain why NeoGeo is racing to shift from services to scalable products.
