The deal makes PTSG the UK's largest passive fire business, according to the company.

Why it matters. The combination expands PTSG's passive-fire compliance offering as organisations respond to the Building Safety Act, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations and rising requirements for accountability and traceability. The acquisition also adds in-house manufacturing capability, which PTSG says should improve delivery certainty and supply-chain resilience.
