Genova issues US$12.1M in green bonds

What's the deal? Genova has issued US$12.1M of additional green senior unsecured bonds, maturing on 15 May 2030. The bonds sit within the company's US$72.5M green bond framework, with US$60.4M outstanding after the issue.

The bonds were issued at 100.343% of nominal value and carry an interest rate of three-month STIBOR plus 340 basis points.
