Jiangsu Yiyou Robot Technology raises CNY 200m Series B

What's the deal? Jiangsu Yiyou Robot Technology has raised more than CNY 200 million (about $29.7 million) in a Series B round. The company develops integrated servo joints for robots, spanning harmonic, planetary and linear module product lines.

What's the endgame? Yiyou builds joint modules covering a robot's full range of positions — upper limbs, waist and lower limbs. Its technology uses a self-developed, FPGA-based full-hardware field-oriented control (FOC) algorithm.

Who's backing it? Investors include Samsung Venture Investment, Guoxing Venture Capital, Jiaqiao Capital, Huaan JiayeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Huayi Venture Capital, Jiayou Fund, Xishan State Investment and Xidong Industrial Investment Fund — returned to add to their stakes.

Why now? The Series B is Yiyou's third round in 2026, bringing its 2026 total to more than CNY 500 million. That pace reflects sustained investor appetite for the components underpinning China's humanoid robot push.

The signal: At roughly $29.7 million, this round lands in the 75th percentile by size, a mid-to-upper tier haul. The presence of a foreign investor like Samsung Venture Investment alongside a wide domestic roster underscores how joint-actuator suppliers have become a contested layer of the robotics stack.
