Why now? As AI moves into production and physical systems, models and data are becoming core intellectual property that companies own rather than simply consume. Existing tools, the company argues, force teams to stitch together fragmented infrastructure, slowing deployments precisely when organisations need to scale faster.

Founder and chief executive officer Chetan Kapoor framed the bet on ownership. "As organizations increasingly build and own the models and agents that power their business, trust can no longer be an afterthought," he said. His stated vision: "to make building, deploying, and operating AI as seamless as modern software development."
The signal: The round sits in the top 5% of all-time seed deals for its industry and region, a sign investors see AI trust and governance as the next infrastructure layer. As companies treat models and agents as owned assets rather than rented capabilities, provenance and verifiability are moving from afterthought to core requirement.
