What does PATERSON do? Founded in 2008, it handles water and wastewater operations, maintenance, and construction across much of North Texas. It also works in Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, covering environmental services, infrastructure development, and levee system management.

What's the endgame? The deal expands Azuria's Municipal Utility District (MUD) leadership in Texas and opens paths into new geographic areas. PATERSON's teams will stay on to drive growth and service delivery.

Who is the buyer? St. Louis-based Azuria is a technology-enabled water solutions provider operating since 1971. It serves thousands of North American customers with more than 1,200 products and services, spanning pipeline infrastructure, treatment facility operations, engineering, and digital tools.

The signal: Azuria is consolidating regional operators to broaden its footprint in the fragmented US water services market, betting on aging infrastructure demand across the South.
