Vita Group secures £13m loan for Birmingham mixed-use scheme

The facility is secured against part of The Goods Station in Birmingham and will support the repositioning of the wider site at The Axis, 10 Holliday Street.

The project has planning consent for a mixed-use scheme comprising 990 homes, a 221-bed aparthotel, a 720-bed purpose-built student accommodation block and public realm. The loan drawdown completed six weeks after sanction.
