Silexion prices $2.5M offering to fund KRAS cancer trial

The Cayman Islands-based, clinical-stage biotech develops RNA interference therapies for KRAS-driven cancers.

What's next? Silexion plans to use the net proceeds to advance its SIL204 clinical trial and for general corporate purposes. The Series E warrants carry a $0.65 exercise price, are exercisable immediately and expire in five years. The offering is expected to close on or about 13 August 2026, subject to customary conditions.

The signal: The raise gives Silexion capital to continue developing SIL204, its lead second-generation candidate, in a Phase 2/3 trial for locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
