What it means. Fillmore is designed to source candidates, run personalised outreach, follow up and book qualified screening calls with minimal intervention. The product was announced in June 2026, and more than 2,000 hiring managers and recruiting teams have joined its waitlist.

Why now? Founded in 2023, Reval approached autonomous recruiting from the services side, using AI to source, screen and deliver candidates for more than 100 enterprises and agencies, including FabFitFun and LangChain. The acquisition expands Metaview's engineering team as it prepares to bring Fillmore to more customers.

The signal. The deal reflects the shift from AI assistants that support individual tasks towards AI coworkers that own complete workflows. Recruiting, with its repetitive sourcing and scheduling processes, is an early proving ground for that model.
