Yowie extends Keybridge loan to A$4M, pushes maturity to 2027

Try Dealroom → (ASX:KBC), lifting the limit from A$3,500,000 to A$4,000,000. It also extended the maturity date from 31 August 2026 to 30 November 2027.

Why now? The amendment came before the previous facility's scheduled maturity at the end of August 2026, giving Yowie additional runway for working capital.

What's the endgame? The larger facility and later maturity give the company more headroom to fund day-to-day operations without an immediate repayment deadline.
