What each side brings: Founded in 2020, That's The One combines client collaboration, guest management, event websites, budgets, vendor coordination, timelines, floor plans and day-of planning in one workspace. It has supported thousands of weddings and events across more than 40 countries.

Helium was founded by chief executive officer Rohit Mittal and chief technology officer Priyank Singh, who previously co-founded Stilt, a Y Combinator-backed fintech acquired in 2022.
What's the endgame? That's The One replaces scattered documents, spreadsheets and point tools with a single system for planning teams. Its AI features turn run-of-show files into timelines and process Zoom transcripts and meeting summaries, while guest tools pull live rates from more than 1.7 million properties.
