The breakdown: SpaceX was the largest buy at $19.69 million, or 181,830 shares priced at $108.27. Circle followed at $17.30 million, and Nvidia at $17.63 million.

Why now? The purchases landed in the middle of earnings season for all three companies. ARK bought as SpaceX stock fell 13.61% on the session, Nvidia climbed 3.43% to $219.22, and Circle held roughly flat.

By the numbers: SpaceX reported second-quarter revenue of $7.8 billion, up from $4.1 billion a year earlier, alongside a $541 million net loss that beat projections. Circle posted $701 million in quarterly revenue, just short of Wall Street estimates, but its $0.18 earnings per share and $48 million net income topped forecasts.

What's next? Nvidia reports second-quarter results on August 26. Analysts expect earnings above $2.08 per share and revenue between $91.71 billion and $91.91 billion.

What's the endgame? ARK has steadily built its Nvidia stake for weeks, citing demand for its graphics processing units from cloud providers, AI developers, and enterprises. Circle, a stablecoin issuer that recently went public, is now among ARK's top five holdings by purchasing volume. SpaceX, which stays off public exchanges, is accessible through private-market platforms such as Nasdaq Private Market.

The signal: The trades reinforce ARK's concentration on artificial intelligence, financial technology, and space — sectors it has repeatedly prioritised. The firm is holding those bets even as some portfolio companies face short-term earnings pressure.
