Braveheart Bio raises $382.5M in upsized Nasdaq IPO

What's the deal? Braveheart Bio priced its upsized initial public offering at $18.00 per share, selling 21,250,000 shares and raising gross proceeds of $382.5 million. The company will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker BRVE from 6 August 2026.

Why now? The offering was upsized before pricing, and Braveheart Bio granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,187,500 additional shares at the IPO price, less discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on 7 August 2026, subject to customary conditions.

What it means. The San Francisco-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company is developing therapies for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and other serious cardiovascular diseases. Its lead candidate, BHB-1893, is an oral cardiac myosin inhibitor being developed for obstructive and non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
