InRisk Labs raises $27M Series A co-led by Bessemer and Northpoint Capital

The announcement coincided with the news that InRisk's subsidiary, EarthRe Insurance IFSC, received a final reinsurance licence from the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). Most of the proceeds will be used to capitalise the reinsurance business, cofounder Siddesh Ramasubramanian said.
InRisk builds parametric insurance products for India's agriculture and weather-sensitive sectors, using climate data and actuarial models to trigger automatic payouts based on verifiable indices such as rainfall, temperature, or wind speed. Bessemer first backed the company's Seed round in January 2025.
