Vector adds Prestige to build out its Division 10 distribution platform

The hire: Adi Klinghofer, co-owner of Prestige, will become chief operating officer of Vector as part of the deal. Founder and co-owner David Waxman framed the sale as "an exciting new chapter for Prestige."
