The founders frame pistachios as more than an ingredient. "Our mission has always been to make pistachios a bigger part of everyday life by creating products that go far beyond traditional snacking," Caskurlu said.
What's next? Beyond retail, Peppertux plans to move into foodservice and roll out new pistachio products. Its earlier go-to-market strategy leaned on independent retailers and regional chains before scaling into national accounts.
The signal: Small food brands are using targeted bridge rounds to jump from regional shelves to mass-market chains, betting that a single overlooked ingredient can anchor a broader product platform.
