What does ECI do? With more than 30 years in regulated financial services, ECI delivers managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services. It serves over 630 clients across 37 countries, backed by a team of more than 775 professionals and eight data center locations.
Why now? The sale caps H.I.G.'s ownership period, during which it pushed ECI beyond core managed IT into cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and AI-enabled services. The firm built out a scaled global delivery platform spanning the US, UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
