Stable Money opens Series C at $14.3M, valuation climbs to $264M
Indian wealthtech startup Stable Money has raised $14.3 million (1.36 billion INR) to kick off its Series C round, backed entirely by existing investors. The Fundamentum Partnership led with $7.8 million, joined by Peak XV Partners, RTP Global, and Z47.
This is Stable Money's second raise this year. In February 2026, it collected $25 million at a $175 million valuation in a round led by Peak XV Partners.
Co-founded in 2022 by Saurabh Jain and Harish Reddy, Stable Money lets users compare and invest in fixed deposits, bonds, and other fixed-income products across multiple banks.
The round pushes Stable Money's valuation up 56% to $264 million. Z47 remains the largest external shareholder at 17.73%, followed by RTP Global at 12.82% and Peak XV at 11.69%. The founders' collective stake diluted to 29.04%.
Stable Money has yet to file its FY26 numbers. In FY25, it reported 43 million INR in operating revenue and 1.04 billion INR in gross revenue, while losses widened 3.5 times to 448 million INR.
A round backed solely by existing investors — Peak XV, RTP Global, Z47, and Fundamentum — at a rising valuation signals continued conviction from established names in India's fixed-income wealthtech space, even as the company's losses climb.
