Actualyze AI exits stealth with $7M seed to govern enterprise AI requests

Actualyze AIDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has emerged from stealth with a $7M seed round to build an enterprise platform that gives companies a single governed path for every AI request. The round was backed by Storm Ventures, Canaan, Morado VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and AME Cloud Ventures.

The platform sits between employees, applications and AI agents, letting enterprises manage, secure, operate and optimise how they use multiple AI models. It integrates with any OpenAI-compatible model plus third-party tools, and is organised around four pillars: govern (access, approvals and spend policies), secure (inline inference scanning and guardrails that keep sensitive data inside the organisation), operate (deploy and monitor every model in a catalog) and optimize (virtual models that route each request to the best model on capability, cost and quality, with automatic failover).

Co-founders Rafi Khardalian (CEO) and Sean Lynch (CTO) previously led Metacloud, a managed private cloud service acquired by Cisco. "We built Actualyze because enterprises need one governed path for every AI request," Lynch said. The platform is available in early access through a Design Partner Program.
