France's Aitenders goes public in Canada via reverse takeover, raises $2.4M

What's the deal?

Aitenders , a France-based developer of an AI-powered platform for tender response and contract management, has completed a reverse takeover of eXeBlock Technology Corporation. The combined entity is now named Aitenders Technologies Inc., with Aitenders operating as a wholly owned subsidiary.

The terms:

Under a share exchange agreement dated December 22, 2025, the company acquired all outstanding shares of Aitenders. It also closed a non-brokered private placement of subscription receipts for gross proceeds of $2.4 million and consolidated its shares to roughly 6,000,000 outstanding before closing.

Why now?

Aitenders has secured conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to list under the ticker "BIDS". Trading is expected to begin during the week of Monday, August 3, subject to final listing requirements.

What's the endgame?

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Saint-Étienne, France, Aitenders builds an end-to-end platform for complex construction and infrastructure projects. It serves three of the top five largest construction companies in Europe and North America.

The company was named among the Top 50 ConTech Startups 2026 globally by Cemex Ventures .

The signal:

A reverse takeover lets a private startup reach public markets faster and cheaper than a traditional IPO — a route increasingly favoured by smaller companies. For Aitenders, the CSE listing offers a public platform to fund expansion in the construction technology sector.
