GRM acquires FileVault to expand records management client base

The signal: Records management is consolidating as physical-storage providers push clients toward digital conversion and workflow automation. GRM, which operates in 15 US metros plus facilities in Peru, Brazil, and Colombia, is using acquisitions to widen its base and cross-sell digital solutions.
