INVL Family Office raises $17.4M for Baltic private equity secondaries fund
What's the deal? INVL Family Office has closed the offering of its Global PE Secondaries Access Fund, raising $17.4 million from 49 investors across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The fund's assets will be allocated to a private equity secondary fund managed by US-based investment manager Adams Street Partners.
Why now? The fund launched in June 2026, and interest arrived quickly. "The successful fundraising demonstrates that investors across the Baltic States are showing growing interest in global alternative investments and are seeking new opportunities to diversify their portfolios," said Antonas Kostinas, the fund's manager.
What's the endgame? Through a single investment, the fund offers exposure to established private equity portfolios and indirect stakes in over a thousand private companies worldwide. It was established and is managed by INVL Asset Management, the leading alternative asset manager in the Baltics.
Who's the partner? Adams Street Partners has invested in the secondary market since 1986 and manages $73 billion in assets. It has backed more than 1,300 private equity funds and sits on the advisory boards of over 500. "When choosing an investment partner, we prioritized the experience, global reach and proven ability to identify attractive investment opportunities," Kostinas said.
The signal: The private equity secondary market has become a notable segment of alternative investments. INVL Family Office — which oversees more than €1 billion for Baltic families and belongs to the 30-year-old Invalda INVL group — is betting that appetite for these strategies keeps building among regional investors.
