ABC Fitness buys agentic AI platform Replify to automate gym operations
What's the deal? ABC FitnessDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired ReplifyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an agentic AI platform whose tools manage member and prospect communications across voice, text, email, and chat. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
What does Replify do? Its AI agents handle lead capture and qualification, tour booking, class scheduling, missed-call follow-up, and outbound engagement. Operators including Gold's GymDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, UFC Gym, and Club 24 already use both platforms.
What's the endgame? ABC Fitness, whose software is used in over 100 countries, is embedding AI into operators' behind-the-scenes workflows. Replify's tech folds into its Intelligent Operating System alongside existing tools like its Churn Predictor, which flags members at risk of canceling.
Why it matters: The pitch is automating repetitive front-desk work while preserving human connection. "AI will be most valuable in fitness when it removes operational complexity without lessening the human connection that drives member engagement," said ABC Fitness chief executive officer Bill Davis.
Replify said early customer results show fitness businesses capturing 10x more leads and cutting sales cycles from 30 days to as few as three to five.
"By joining ABC Fitness, we can bring our AI agents to a larger global ecosystem and help more operators capture demand, support their teams and grow with less manual work," said Replify co-founder and chief executive officer Tony Small.
The signal: Agentic AI is spreading fast across fitness and wellness. Zenoti launched its own AI agents in 2025, TechnogymDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → rolled out an AI Ecosystem, and the Tom Brady-backed telehealth platform eMed — which raised $200 million at a $2 billion-plus valuation — uses agentic AI for GLP-1 support. Startups like HireBob.ai and SalesRevv have also raised millions to bring the tech to operators.
