Zetwerk raises ₹500 Cr pre-IPO round at $4 Bn valuation ahead of listing

What's the deal? Zetwerk, a Bengaluru-based contract manufacturer, has raised ₹500 Cr (about $51.8 million) in a late-stage round from Bharat Value Fund, sources told Inc42. The round valued the startup at about $4 billion.

Why now? The funding lands days after the Securities and Exchange Board of India cleared Zetwerk's IPO, moving it a step closer to a public debut. Zetwerk filed its draft papers confidentially in March 2026.

The proposed public issue is expected to include a fresh issue of nearly $300 million and an offer-for-sale component worth about $150 million.
