AZ Quest raises BRL200M for its fourth infrastructure fund issuance
AZ Quest Infra and XP Investimentos have closed a public offering worth BRL200,000,002.96 for the fourth issuance of the AZ Quest Infra-Yield fund, an infrastructure-focused vehicle. Law firm Lefosse advised both parties as deal counsel.
XP Investimentos coordinated and distributed the offering, and also serves as the fund's fiduciary administrator. AZ Quest Infra acted as portfolio manager.
The offering was structured under Brazilian securities rules, including CVM 160 and CVM 175. The Lefosse team was led by partner André Mileski, with associates Matheus Maiotto, Rodrigo Bertholdo, and Bruno Verciani.
In-house counsel Tatiana Altemari represented AZ Quest Infra as fund manager, while Beatriz Caldas represented XP Investimentos as lead underwriter.
Repeat issuances from infrastructure funds point to steady investor appetite for the asset class in Brazil's capital markets.
