Glow raises $180M Series A at $1.2B valuation to secure AI-era endpoints

What's the deal? GlowDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → emerged from stealth with a $180 million Series A at a $1.2 billion valuation to build prevention-first endpoint security for enterprises adopting AI. The round was led by Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Who's behind it? The startup was founded by chief executive officer Roi Tiger, who spent nine years at Meta as VP of engineering; chief technology officer Omer Singer, formerly Snowflake's head of cybersecurity strategy; and VP of R&D Ophir Arie, previously VP R&D at Claroty. Chief operating officer Emily Heath was CISO at United Airlines and DocuSign, and sat on Wiz's board through its $32 billion acquisition by Google.

Why now? Regular use of AI on corporate devices, authorised or not, jumped from 15% to 45% in a year, according to Glow. It argues the endpoint has become where AI enters the organisation, faster than security teams can review.

What's the product? Glow uses specialised AI agents to map the endpoint environment, analyse risk in real time, and enforce policies automatically — deciding which software is allowed and which is removed. It positions this as prevention that works at enterprise scale without blocking the business.

"Prevention was always the right answer in security. It just never worked at enterprise scale without blocking the business," said Tiger. "AI solves that."

What's next? The funding will accelerate hiring for Glow's go-to-market team in the United States and expand Glow Labs, its research arm.

The signal: Endpoint security is crowded, but AI adoption inside companies has opened fresh attack surfaces — and investor appetite for cybersecurity remains strong, as the $32 billion Wiz-Google deal showed. Glow is betting that AI makes prevention, long the industry's aspiration, finally practical.
