Try Dealroom →, the Austin-based company running a verified network that connects healthcare providers and organisations. The New York private equity firm announced the deal on July 7, 2026.
What does LeadingReach do? Founded in 2014, it operates what it calls the largest verified referral network in healthcare. The network spans more than 30,000 organisations, 60,000 care settings, and 125,000 providers, moving over 25,000 referrals daily.
What's the money for? EHP's investment will support LeadingReach as it expands the network and builds AI-enabled automation across referral management, care coordination, and provider connectivity.
Why now? Value-based care now governs nearly half of all US healthcare payments, pressuring organisations to coordinate care efficiently and cut administrative work. LeadingReach argues its infrastructure — built over 12 years — is positioned to meet that demand.
What they're saying: "We are thrilled to partner with EHP as we grow the Network," said Curtis Gattis, co-founder and chief executive officer of LeadingReach. Matthew Thompson, general partner at EHP, said the team had "built a special business, driven by one of the largest digitally connected ecosystems in the country."
The details: EHP focuses on middle-market healthcare companies and typically invests $25 million to $75 million or more over the life of a portfolio company. TripleTree advised LeadingReach on the deal; McDermott Will & SchulteDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → acted as legal advisor to EHP.
The signal: The bet reflects a broader wager that the next era of healthcare will run on trusted networks — and that layering AI onto established referral infrastructure is where value-based care is heading.
