TrueDAO raises $10M to build AI-driven on-chain financial infrastructure

What's the deal? TrueDAO has raised $10 million in an early-stage funding round, the company announced on July 10, 2026. Brevan Howard DigitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → led the round, with participation from Zee Prime CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and Jump CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

What's the endgame? TrueDAO is building a modular, decentralised financial infrastructure powered by smart contracts, on-chain reserves, AI risk analysis, and community governance. Rather than serving a single blockchain application, it aims to provide ecosystem projects with liquidity management, reserve management, risk alerts, yield distribution, and governance support.

Where's the money going? The proceeds will fund five priorities: refining smart contracts and protocol modules; building AI-driven risk monitoring and stress-testing; independent security audits, real-time monitoring, and bug bounty programs; legal and compliance work across jurisdictions; and developer documentation plus ecosystem partnerships.

Why now? The team began a year ago, targeting long-standing crypto problems around yield sustainability, risk response, reserve transparency, and governance efficiency. It has since built the core protocol architecture and will next advance a testnet launch, developer tools, and phased disclosure of protocol and reserve data.

SoLee, head of marketing at TrueDAO, said the raise is "a significant milestone, but it is not the finish line." He added: "While capital accelerates development, it cannot replace security, transparent governance, and genuine value creation."

What could go wrong? TrueDAO has not confirmed launch dates, token arrangements, or incentive mechanisms, saying these remain subject to official announcements and applicable laws. Much of the roadmap — audits, compliance, and ecosystem integration — is still ahead.

The signal: The backing from established crypto investors points to continued appetite for infrastructure that pairs decentralised finance with AI-driven risk controls, a bet that transparency and automated oversight can address weaknesses that have dogged the sector.
