Reevo buys prospecting agent Ciro to fold outreach into its AI sales platform

What's the deal? Reevo, an AI-native Revenue Operating System backed by Khosla Ventures and Kleiner Perkins, has acquired CiroDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a B2B prospecting agent used by hundreds of sales teams. Ciro finds, qualifies, enriches, and drafts outreach to sales contacts at scale. Deal terms were not disclosed.

What each company does: Reevo builds prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing into a single platform. Ciro's agent runs on a multi-terabyte search index covering hundreds of millions of person and company profiles, refining results across multiple search passes as it learns what a customer wants.

What's the endgame? Reevo aims to replace the four or five separate tools most revenue teams stitch together — CRM, prospecting databases, enrichment vendors, and sequencers. With Ciro folded in, it says qualified leads will appear inside the CRM already enriched, scored, and matched to the right account, with outreach drafted and ready to send.

Why now? The acquisition follows what Reevo calls 4x growth since its November 2025 launch, with the company passing 90 employees. Its senior hires come from Affirm, Airbnb, Box, DoorDash, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce, Square, Rippling, and Uber.

"We built prospecting into Reevo from the start, and Ciro's agent makes it far more powerful," said David Zhu, co-founder and chief executive officer of Reevo.

What could go wrong? Reevo enters a crowded field of established CRM, enrichment, and outreach vendors that customers already rely on. Persuading teams to abandon familiar point tools for a single platform is a steep hurdle, and integrating Ciro's technology natively will test that promise.

The signal: The deal reflects a broader push to consolidate fragmented sales software into unified, AI-driven systems. Rather than adding another tool to the stack, vendors like Reevo are betting revenue teams want automation that acts, not dashboards that advise.
