What's the endgame? Alta wants to replace the fragmented stack of sales tools with a single network of AI agents. It starts by building a "Company Brain," a central layer that maps how a business's GTM engine works, then draws on more than 50 data sources and hundreds of buying signals to act on existing systems.

Why now? For decades, sales has run on CRMs and data warehouses that store information until a human acts. As firms adopt AI, most have bet on agents as point solutions for automating outbound or inbound work — with results that often fall short.

Chief executive officer and co-founder Stav Levi-Neumark framed the ambition through cloud history. "We're doing for go-to-market what AWS did for infrastructure and the cloud: transforming a stack of cobbled-together tools that never communicated into one system that simply runs well, learns, and drives revenue pipelines and sales," she said.

By the numbers: Alta hit its first $1 million in revenue within months of launching commercially and is on track for 800% revenue growth this year. Its customers include Snowflake, Deel, Atlassian, and Atoms, alongside hundreds of businesses spanning Fortune 500 firms and SMBs.

The company will use the funding to expand its team globally, grow its customer base, and add new data, CRM, and advertising integrations, plus agents for account management and cross-selling. The platform partners with Salesforce, HubSpot, IBM, and Google, and connects to more than 60 GTM tools.

What could go wrong? Alta is trying to define a new category rather than compete in an existing one, a bet that depends on convincing revenue teams to consolidate rather than add another tool. Its rapid growth rests on a small commercial track record.

The signal: "The market spent three years adding tools to the sales stack. The team at Alta went the other way and built the intelligence layer the whole stack was missing," said Eitan Naor, managing partner at IN Venture. The round reflects a shift from selling AI as isolated features toward coordinated systems that sit above the existing software stack.
