Attention raises $30M Series B led by RTP Global
Attention, a New York-based AI platform for revenue teams, has raised a $30 million Series B led by RTP Global.
The round includes returning backers Aglaé Ventures, Eniac, and Alven, new investor Linea Ventures, and angels drawn from Attention's own customer base.
Most sales AI tools watch a call and summarise what happened. Attention takes the next action — drafting and sending follow-ups, updating the CRM, and running the next play.
Because it acts, it can tie outcomes back to its own work. That closed loop is something observation-only tools cannot match.
The startup is moving upmarket into enterprise revenue teams, and the numbers back the timing.
Attention now runs more than 20 million agent actions per month, and annual recurring revenue is up 4x year over year. Average contract value has grown 10x over two years.
It serves over 500 customers, including Abridge, Scale, Lovable, Preply, and BambooHR.
Earlier this month, co-founder and chief executive officer Anis Bennaceur open-sourced a stripped-down version of the product on LinkedIn. The post drew more than 500 comments from people asking for access.
Autonomous agents acting inside live revenue workflows raise the stakes — a wrong follow-up or a bad CRM update happens at the platform's pace, not a rep's.
Moving upmarket also means competing for enterprise trust, where buyers are slower and cautious about handing sales actions to software.
Attention's leap from real-time sales coaching to an autonomous action engine marks a deliberate push beyond its breakout-stage roots, with lead investor RTP Global betting that agentic execution — not observation — is where revenue software is headed. That the round drew angels from Attention's own customer base underlines how much of the early conviction is coming from the teams already running 20 million agent actions a month.
