Concord's flagship product, Concord Agent, turns briefs into live campaigns and manages pacing and optimisation across major platforms simultaneously. It works across DV360, Meta, YouTube, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Early users save up to 70% of the time spent on manual buying tasks, according to the company.

Why now? Media buying remains fragmented across roughly a dozen disconnected platforms, with human buyers struggling to keep pace.

"The programmatic stack has delivered abundant media and data access plus media management tools, all of which strain the ability for human buyers to keep pace," said Mathias Adam at a16z Scout, calling Concord's agents the "killer app" for programmatic marketing.

Lemonnier, who built Scibids into the decisioning layer of programmatic before its DoubleVerify acquisition, sees Concord filling the gap. "The execution layer has yet to be built. It is the missing link of this industry," he said.

The signal: The round leans heavily on operator credibility, pulling in angels like Scibids co-founder Rémi Lemonnier and Mirakl's Philippe Corrot alongside a16z Scout and Motier Ventures, signalling that adtech veterans see execution — not decisioning — as programmatic's next unsolved layer. With Concord still at the early stage and already touching the WPP and Havas footprints, the bet is on infrastructure that scales across both the US and EMEA from day one.
