Try Dealroom →, a Brazilian startup building AI agents for e-commerce and marketplaces, has raised a R$6.5M seed round led by Parceiro VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The amount could reach R$8.5M if certain growth triggers are met, with Parceiro committing up to R$2M in additional funding.

Founded in 2024 by Tiago Vailati (chief executive officer) and Anderson Fantini (chief technology officer), Loopia centralises customer service, marketing, and operations across channels like WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopee, and Shopify into a single platform. Its AI agents respond in under 30 seconds, around the clock, handling everything from pre-sale queries to cart recovery and post-sale support.

Why now? Loopia claims it grew 25x in 2025 and is entering its scaling phase. The funds will go toward product development, expanding channel integrations, and growing the commercial team — with a target of at least 5x growth over the next 18 months.

The startup also joined Meta's WhatsApp AI Startups Hub acceleration programme in 2025, signalling momentum in the messaging commerce space.

What could go wrong? The AI-powered e-commerce tooling market is getting crowded, with traditional automation players adding generative AI layers to their existing products. Loopia will need to prove its native AI architecture delivers meaningfully better results than incumbents — especially as it pushes into enterprise clients.

Scaling across Brazil's fragmented marketplace ecosystem, each with its own APIs and rules, adds operational complexity.

The signal: Loopia's ability to close two rounds within roughly 16 months — with every pre-seed investor returning for the seed — underscores strong early traction in a market where AI-native commerce tools are rapidly gaining ground over legacy automation. Try Dealroom → (Stone) in 2019, gives the founding team a credibility edge in attracting repeat capital at speed. With Latin American e-commerce increasingly fragmented across marketplaces like Mercado Livre, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, a platform that can operate natively across all of them is well positioned to capture a structural shift in how sellers manage customer interactions at scale.
