The company
Veltha is building an AI-native third-party administrator for workers' compensation and other regulated insurance claims. Its platform reads claim files, flags missing documents, requests the gaps, and applies the relevant federal rules to produce citation-backed determinations that licensed adjusters review and sign off.
Claims processing in regulated insurance still eats hours per file, and carriers need decisions that are fast without being indefensible. Veltha's bet is that AI can compress that work to minutes while keeping every determination auditable and rule-cited.
Founded in 2026 out of Y Combinator's Fall 2026 batch, Veltha is taking on one of insurance's least glamorous but most rule-bound processes: the third-party administration of workers' comp claims.
Founders Edin Citaku and Roland Jaloszynski are former Palantir engineers — a background suited to wrangling messy, high-stakes data under strict compliance constraints, which is squarely what regulated claims demand.
