The company
OnliGrow is building a B2B student outcomes and analytics platform for K-12 schools, pitched as an 'operating system for student outcomes' that goes beyond academics into future-ready skills like critical thinking, public speaking and financial literacy. Its OnliTrack module gives school administrators cohort- and student-level growth analytics.
India's DPDP Act 2023 has raised the bar on how student data is handled, and OnliGrow is built for compliance with all data hosted in India-based centres. With schools increasingly asked to prove outcomes rather than just deliver curriculum, a measurement layer for skills is timely.
The company is targeting Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets in India, where edtech attention has historically been thinner than in metro cities. It reaches schools via an automated sales pipeline that the company says has engaged over 2,000 schools across North India.
The founding team is going after a hard distribution problem — reaching smaller-city schools — with an automated outreach engine rather than pure headcount, which is where much of the early traction claim rests.
