Lunafic

Lunafic is an interactive entertainment platform where you play and chat as your own character while the AI voices everyone else, holding layered memories that still recall what happened chapters ago. Part fiction editor, part roleplay chat, it ships with world bibles per character, an 'In scene' control for who's present, and dual-language dialogue in Romanized Japanese and English.

AI companion and roleplay apps have exploded, but most collapse into an endless chat that forgets and drifts. Lunafic is betting the next step is persistent, story-shaped worlds with continuous memory rather than yet another chat box.

The company frames the product as a fix for a personal frustration: roleplay chats that go nowhere, characters appearing out of nowhere, and memory locked behind paid add-ons. It's built for people who want to self-insert into the fictional worlds they love.

The founding team, based in Tangerang, Indonesia, is building on its own Lunafic V2 writing engine adapted for entertainment roleplay, plus an editor-first design covering multi-character scenes, inline editing and immersion details. Full founder pedigree isn't disclosed yet.
