The company
Kayrae.ai is a production layer for AI fashion imagery: brands upload a flat lay or product shot and get back a full on-model campaign — stills and short-form video — in 20 to 30 seconds, at roughly a third of the cost of a traditional shoot. It runs on a persistent canvas holding a brand's kit, models, palette and scenes, with plain-language direction, branchable variants and export to every ratio for Shopify, Meta, TikTok and Trendyol.
Product imagery is one of the few e-commerce costs that repeats forever — every new SKU, size, colour variant and channel format triggers another shoot — and AI generation is finally good enough to absorb that at catalogue scale rather than one image at a time.
Founded in 2026 in Poznań by Can Bayrak, Kayrae is built around a specific bet: garment fidelity is the entry requirement, not the moat, and the real unsolved problem is how brands direct and scale AI production across hundreds of SKUs.
It's early days and a lean start, but the founding team has framed the problem past the obvious 'one nice image' pitch — building a Try-On API designed to sit underneath other creative tools rather than compete as another model wrapper.
