A significant milestone occurred in August 2025, when Vyome completed a reverse merger with ReShape Lifesciences Inc. This transaction resulted in Vyome becoming a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq under the name Vyome Holdings, Inc. with the ticker symbol "HIND". The move provided immediate access to public capital markets to fund its clinical pipeline and established a debt-free capital structure. The merger also involved a complete leadership change, with Vyome's team and a new board of directors, including four MIT alumni, taking control.

Vyome’s therapeutic pipeline targets conditions with significant market potential, such as antibiotic-resistant acne, malignant fungating wounds, and steroid-dependent uveitis. Its lead candidate, VB 1953, is a topical treatment for moderate to severe acne with a novel mechanism of action that reduces inflammation and combats clindamycin-resistant bacteria. The company is also integrating artificial intelligence, using MIT-developed models to accelerate drug discovery and optimize clinical trials.
