Rather than developing its own foundational AI models, the platform remains model-agnostic, using various providers like Claude, GPT, and Gemini and routing tasks to the best-suited model for the job. This approach allows it to automate the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) on dedicated machines, from idea to a merged pull request.

The Vorflux platform operates in distinct phases, starting by connecting to a company's full stack, including repositories, databases, and CI/CD pipelines. It employs adversarial agents, where different AI models with separate contexts act as planner and reviewer to ensure plan integrity before execution. A key feature is its verified output; the system tests the application in a real browser environment, records a video of the user flow, and attaches the video proof to the pull request, ensuring the code functions as intended. This is all performed on dedicated EC2 compute instances, cloning the client's full local infrastructure for each session. Vorflux's business model is based on usage, with options for customers to use Vorflux's tokens for access to various AI models or to integrate their own subscriptions.
